The building on Göglstraße was fully renovated in 2007/08: old-town charm with modern fittings. We rent the apartments ourselves, look after them ourselves, and you reach us personally by email. Everything is furnished, the Wi-Fi runs throughout the building, and the university is within walking distance. You do not need to assemble anything.

Where are the apartments located?
On Göglstraße 5, 3500 Krems an der Donau, right in the old town. IMC UAS Krems and the train station are about five minutes on foot, the Danube University about ten minutes by bike.
Are the apartments furnished?
Yes, all apartments are fully furnished: bed, wardrobe, desk, kitchen and living area are set up, Wi-Fi is included throughout the building. You only bring your suitcase.
What does an apartment cost?
The rent depends on the size of the apartment. The details are on the apartment pages, each including running costs and taxes. The deposit is three months of rent.
Is household insurance included?
No. You should take out household insurance yourself. It is not included in the rent or the running costs. Building insurance does not cover your personal belongings.
Who are the apartments for?
For students in Krems, on their own or as a two-person shared flat. Sizes range from around 55 m² to over 90 m², with separate work-sleep areas in the larger units.

Yes. All photos show the actual apartments at Göglstraße 5.
